Fish Tacos

Step: 1: Get ice cold beer!

Step: 2: Awesome white sauce: 1 tsp dill, cumin, oregano and capers...1/2 tsp cayenne pepper. White pepper to taste. 1/2 lime. 1 habanero diced. 1 cup plain yogurt. 1 cup full fat regular mayonnaise. 1/2 lime squeezed. Mix all this stuff in a bowl and refrigerate! (alert...this sauce increases in hotness approx 10% every 2 hours)

Step: 3: Killer salsa. 4 tomatoes, 1 onion, 2 cloves garlic pressed, 1/2 lime squeezed. Salt to taste. Chop or blend this stuff and put in a bowl!

Step: 4: Keep ice cold beer easily accessible when making fish tacos. Seriously!

Step: 5: Finely chop 1 cabbage.

Step: 6: Put some high quality gourmet cheddar in a bowl! (Or just use Walmart cheese if your in startup mode of a spectacular software product)

Step: 7: 1.25 lbs of Ahi (tuna) seasoned with salt/pepper and red pepper flakes.

Step: 8: Fry corn tortillas in 1/2 cup olive oil and 1/4 stick butter

Step: 9: Blacken the Ahi to preference

Step: 10: Slice after cooking

Step: 11: Make tacos. We add avocado slices seasoned with lime juice and salt. Enjoy!
