How to make protein Corn Bread

Step: 1: Add 1/4 cup of Fat Free, coconut, or almond milk.

Step: 2: Add 1Cup of Plain Fat Free Yogurt

Step: 3: Add 10-15 Drops of liquid sweetener

Step: 4: Next Add 1/4 Cup of Rolled Oats (Blended into Flour)

Step: 5: Add 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt

Step: 6: Add 2 Teaspoons of Baking Powder

Step: 7: Add 1/4 Teaspoon of Baking Soda

Step: 8: Add 1 Scoop of protein Powder (Preferably Healthy N' Fit Vanilla Protein Powder)

Step: 9: Add 3/4 Cup of Cornmeal

Step: 10: Finally Mix Everything Together until it is smooth

Step: 11: Spray a Baking Dish with Baking Spray or Olive Oil Spray

Step: 12: Poor Into baking Dish and Preheat Oven on 4:25

Step: 13: Put Into Oven for 15-20 Minutes (or at least until it looks ready)

Step: 14: It is Done!
